ADR421ARZ

The ADR421ARZ is an ultra-precision second-generation eXtra injected junction FET (XFET) voltage reference with low noise, high accuracy and excellent long-term stability in SOIC and MSOP packages. The XFET architecture provides excellent accuracy and thermal hysteresis for the band gap reference. The adjustment terminal can also be used to adjust the output voltage within ±0.5% without affecting any other performance.
