SY7304 is a 33V, 4A, 1MHz high-efficiency, current-mode control boost regulator with a VI silk screen. It comes in a compact DFN10 package and sits on the Antminer S19PRO hash board. The device integrates a 120mΩ low RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET for high efficiency. Fixed 1MHz switching frequency and internal compensation to reduce external component size and count. A built-in internal soft-start circuit minimizes inrush current at start-up.
