The TLV803EA26DBZR monitoring circuit provides low quiescent current IQ, higher accuracy, wider temperature range and lower power-on reset (VPOR) to improve system reliability. The device has integrated glitch immunity and can ignore fast transients on the VDD pin. Low IQ and high accuracy (typically ±0.5%) make these voltage monitors ideal for low-power and portable applications. TLV803EA26DBZR device adopts industry standard 3-pin SOT23 (DBZ) and SC70 (DCK) package, very compact X2SON (DPW) package.
