The MP174GJ-Z is a primary side regulator in a SOT23-5 package that can provide accurate constant voltage (CV) regulation without an optocoupler. It supports Buck, Buck-Boost, Boost and Flyback topologies. It has an integrated 700VMOSFET to simplify the structure and reduce the cost. These features make it an ideal regulator for offline low-power applications such as home appliances and backup power supplies. MP174GJ-Z is a green-mode operation regulator. Both peak current and switching frequency decrease with decreasing load. This feature provides excellent efficiency at light loads and increases the overall average efficiency.
