S29GL032N90TFI040 is a 32Mb 3V page mode flash memory with CFI interface. The flash memory uses 110 nanometer MirrorBit process technology. The enhanced VersatileI/O™ control has all input levels, and the output is determined by the voltage on the VIO input. This compatibility with the JEDEC standard provides pinout and software compatibility for single-supply flash memory and excellent unintentional write protection. Persistent sector protection is an alternative to the previous 12V controlled protection method.
