The UP1735 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck converter with an internal power switch. With an internal RDS(ON) switch, the converter can deliver 3A output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 23V. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 20V. Other features of the UP1735 converter include regulated soft-start, chip enable, overvoltage, under voltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent protection.
